Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,<\/p>

Die \u00f6sterreichische Bundesregierung hat ein Gesetz im Nationalrat eingebracht zur
Aufhebung des Impfpflichtgesetzes. Zur Begr\u00fcndung wurde vom Gesundheitsminister
angef\u00fchrt, es habe niemanden motiviert zur Impfung, habe aber die Gesellschaft
gespalten und das bis in die Familien.<\/p>

Angesichts dessen fordert die FAIR Beweegung die Luxemburger Regierung auf, alle ihre
Pl\u00e4ne f\u00fcr ein Impfpflichtgesetz ad acta zu legen. Dies auch unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der
zahlreichen bekannt gewordenen Nebenwirkungen und nunmehr auch des deutschen
Geburtenr\u00fcckgangs. Laut verf\u00fcgbarer Daten zum ersten Quartal1 lautet die Reihe:<\/p>

2019 : 182.138
2020 : 184.643
2021 : 187.543
2022 : 164.614 Lebendgeburten<\/p>

Der bemerkenswerte Einbruch korreliert mit dem Ansteigen der Impfkurve bei 18-59 j\u00e4hrigen
neun Monate davor.<\/p>

Zudem ist jeder Zwang zur Annahme eines experimentellen Stoffes \u2013 und die mRNA- wie
Vektor-Stoffe sind das \u2013 eine Verletzung des Artikels 7 des Internationalen Pakts \u00fcber
b\u00fcrgerliche und politische Rechte, beschlossen von der UNO-Vollversammlung am
19.12.1966, von Luxemburg unterzeichnet am 26.11.1974, ratifiziert am 18.8.1983.<\/p>

Denn Artikel 7 besagt: \u201eNiemand darf der Folter oder grausamer, unmenschlicher oder
erniedrigender Behandlung oder Strafe unterworfen werden. Insbesondere darf niemand
ohne seine freiwillige Zustimmung medizinischen oder wissenschaftlichen Versuchen
unterworfen werden.\u201c<\/p>

Mesdames et Messieurs,<\/p>

Le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral autrichien a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au Conseil national une loi visant \u00e0<\/div>

abroger la loi sur la vaccination obligatoire. Le ministre de la Sant\u00e9 a justifi\u00e9 cette d\u00e9cision en
affirmant que cette loi n’avait motiv\u00e9 personne \u00e0 se faire vacciner, mais qu’elle avait
provoqu\u00e9 des divisions dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, m\u00eame au sein des familles.<\/p>

Au vu de ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, le mouvement FAIR demande au gouvernement luxembourgeois<\/div>

de mettre un terme \u00e0 tous ses projets de loi sur la vaccination obligatoire. Et ce, en tenant
compte des nombreux effets secondaires connus et, d\u00e9sormais, de la baisse de la natalit\u00e9
en Allemagne. Selon les donn\u00e9es disponibles pour le premier trimestre1, les chiffres sont les
suivants :<\/p>

2019 : 182.138
2020 : 184.643
2021 : 187.543
2022 : 164.614 naissances vivantes<\/p>

Cette chute remarquable est corr\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00e0 la remont\u00e9e de la courbe de vaccination des 18-59<\/div>

ans neuf mois auparavant.<\/p>

De plus, toute obligation d’accepter une substance exp\u00e9rimentale – et les substances ARNm<\/div>

comme les substances vectorielles le sont – est une violation de l’article 7 du Pacte
international relatif aux droits civils et politiques, adopt\u00e9 par l’Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l’ONU
le 19.12.1966, sign\u00e9 par le Luxembourg le 26.11.1974, ratifi\u00e9 le 18.8.1983.<\/p>

En effet, l’article 7 stipule : \u00ab Nul ne sera soumis \u00e0 la torture ni \u00e0 des peines ou traitements<\/div>

cruels, inhumains ou d\u00e9gradants. En particulier, il est interdit de soumettre une personne
sans son libre consentement \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience m\u00e9dicale ou scientifique. \u00bb<\/p>

Ladies and Gentlemen,<\/p>

The Austrian Federal Government has introduced a bill in the National Council for the repeal
of the compulsory vaccination law. The reason given by the Minister of Health is that it had
not motivated anyone to get vaccinated, but that it had split society, even families.<\/p>

In view of this, the FAIR Movement calls on the Luxembourg government to abandon all its
plans for a compulsory vaccination law. This also in consideration of the numerous side
effects that have become known and now also the German birth rate decline. According to
available data for the first quarter1 the series is:<\/p>

2019: 182,138
2020: 184,643
2021: 187,543
2022: 164,614 live births.<\/p>

The remarkable slump correlates with the rise in the vaccination curve among 18-59 year olds
nine months earlier.<\/p>

Moreover, any compulsion to adopt an experimental substance – and both mRNA and vector
substances are – is a violation of Article 7 of the International Covenant on civil and political
rights, adopted by the UN General Assembly on 19.12.1966, signed by Luxembourg on
26.11.1974 and ratified on 18.8.1983.<\/p>

Article 7 states: „No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading
treatment or punishment. In particular, no one may be subjected to medical or scientific
experiments without their voluntary consent.“<\/p>
